然而我明白，初心的形成也许很简单，但是它的完成却是一个很艰苦，而且很漫长的过程。要从一名走出大学校园的学生成长为一名优秀的医生，这中间的道路有多艰难。虽然看上去只有一字之差，但这其中需要付出多少汗水，牺牲多少睡眠，舍弃多少业余时间，才能在不断的学习和临床实践中积累经验，才能对得起这一神圣的美誉。正是这份初心，给了我不断进步的动力，给了我面对枯燥、繁重工作的勇气，给了我对这份职业的坚守。
今年4月，一个小生命在我们医院降生。因为早产，孩子生后出现了严重的呼吸窘迫症状，面色发绀，不断呻吟，出生后不到十分钟就住进了新生儿中心。再加之合并宫内感染以及肺发育不良，导致孩子在住院期间迟迟不能停用呼吸机。开奶后也因为吃奶太费力而总是达不到需要的奶量。孩子的父母是一对高龄夫妻，这是他们生育的第一个孩子，也可能是最后一个孩子。在住院期间，孩子的每一点变化，都牵动的我的心。奶量的一点点增多，实验室指标的恢复，体重慢慢的增长，都能让我欣喜不已。通过近一个月的精心治疗，孩子也终于健健康康的出院了。出院后的某一天，我的手机收到了一则消息，点开一看，是这个孩子的父亲发给我的，上面写道：陈医生，12号出院几天情况良好，给你添麻烦了，谢谢。这短短的一句话，却让我心潮澎湃，我想，属于我的这份初心我算是守住了。
